6. Which methods of payment do you accept?
Payment is made by credit card and PayPal. We will deliver only once we have received payment.
 
7. What are the shipping costs?
Until further notice, shipping for orders  is free.
 
8. What about the non-acceptance policiy?
In the event of unjustifiable non-acceptance regarding the objects/goods delivered by us, we will invoice any of the costs incurred. Our right to demand performance of the purchase agreement shall in remain intact.
 
9. Is there a possibility to return items?
Objects cannot be exchanged or returned. For exceptions, see 'Complaints'.
 
10. What if i have a complaint?
Exchange is possible only in cases of wrong deliveries. A copy of the invoice must be attached to any goods that are returned.
If goods are damaged while in transport, you must file a complaint within 48 hours. Otherwise, any claim that you may have had expires. Goods cannot be returned on account of the buyer's not liking them.

1. When is an order complete?
As soon as you have triggered an order, the order will be binding and you will agree to the GTC.
 
2. What is the delivery time?
Items in stock within 10 days. For custom made items and items not in stock the usual delivery time is 8 to 10 weeks.
 
3. Which taxes do i pay?
Deliveries made in Indonesia include the statutory value-added tax. In each case the price shown on the site shall apply.
 
4. How do you ship?
Goods are delivered via UPS & FEDEX delivery services.
 
5. What about overseas shipping?
Overseas deliveries are subject to import duties, taxes and rates which shall be borne by the buyer.

11. What are the quality standards?
Each item is handmade and unique. The hand forged blades have an average  rockwell hardness of 60-63 hrc and are not rustfree. All our leather goods are certificated by CITES.

12. Is there warranty included?
The blades are one year warranted to be free of defects inmaterial and/or craftsmanship. Defective items will be repaired or replaced with the similar item, at our option. Each item is handmade and unique, when claimed as defective it must be returned to us for inspection.

All our blades are precious kitchen cutlery, if the damage is due to what we define as normal wear or use other than the intended purpose of the item the warranty does not apply!

Objections due to transport damage to the objects can be submitted only within 48 hours.
